Package arrived earlier than expected. Product exactly as described. The customization is printed not etched so don’t expect it to be forever but looks very well done. Not the exact font design i chose or it doesn’t match the original selection but still satisfied considering the price. Fits loose on a large collar (tag size ordered is large) so hopefully the silicone is sturdy enough. Would recommend seller.

Took it for a Labrador with extra room for growth. The product is of quite good quality with a wide range of strap adjustments.

Perfect for a Jack Russell, the straps are long, I suppose it would work for a slightly larger dog. The handle is great, the leash attachments are metal and well sewn. It fits in the car due to the front attachment. Very satisfactory!
