My mom loved them. She has high insteps and these shoes don't squeeze her. She doesn't take them off. We already ordered two pairs because she loves them.

The shoes are comfortable and look nice on the foot. For a 23 cm foot, I ordered size 38... if I had ordered my usual size, it would have been tight, but as it is, they are a bit loose... the heel doesn't hang off... I recommend the product.
