HOW SIBRO RESPONDS

Review and enforcement

Sibro may use reports, automated signals, seller evidence, authority notices and test purchases to assess a listing.
  • Pause, suppress or remove listings and related inventory
  • Request invoices, licences, conformity and traceability evidence
  • Cancel orders or block shipment where necessary
  • Notify customers, payment partners or competent authorities where required
  • Restrict selling privileges or suspend an account for serious or repeated breaches

Do not list while uncertain

If you cannot demonstrate that a product is lawful, safe and compliant in its destination, keep it off Sibro until the issue is resolved.
