VAT INVOICES
Keep transaction documents connected to the order
The independent seller identified at checkout is responsible for the invoice for its sale. Sibro can provide tools to request, receive and access seller-issued invoices where available.
Add the organisation’s legal name, address and valid tax details
Review invoice information before completing the order
Download available invoices from the related order
Contact the seller if required invoice details are incorrect
Keep invoices according to your accounting and legal obligations
VAT depends on the transaction
Rates, exemptions, reverse-charge treatment and deduction eligibility can vary by product, seller, customer status and country. A VAT number does not automatically make every purchase tax-free or deductible.
Consult your accountant or tax authority for advice about your organisation.

Important information for business buyers
Products on Sibro are sold by the independent seller named on the offer and order. Confirm that the product, seller, invoice and delivery terms meet your organisation’s needs before purchasing. Business purchases may be governed by different return, guarantee and tax rules from consumer purchases.
Sibro Business features may be introduced in stages and can vary by account or country. This page is general product information, not tax, accounting or legal advice.
COMMON QUESTIONS
Sibro Business FAQ
Companies, sole traders, charities, schools, public bodies and other organisations may create a business purchasing profile, subject to account verification and availability in their country.
No. A business account is for organisational purchasing. A seller account is used to list and sell products. An organisation may need separate buyer and seller profiles.
The independent seller is responsible for issuing a legally correct invoice when required. Invoice availability and VAT treatment depend on the seller, product, customer status, destination and applicable tax rules.
The planned business workspace supports invited users, roles, purchasing groups and approval rules. Each person should use their own sign-in rather than sharing passwords.
Business-to-business purchases do not always receive the same statutory protections as consumer purchases. The seller’s terms and mandatory law determine the applicable return, guarantee and remedy rights.
No. Sibro can display transaction records and available invoices, but each organisation remains responsible for its accounting, VAT status, deductibility and reporting obligations.
You can choose offers from different sellers where available. Check the seller for each item: delivery arrangements, invoices, returns and support may be handled separately. Review the complete order and delivery costs before payment.
Contact the seller through the available marketplace contact options to ask about quantities, stock and any offer they can provide. Bulk discounts, quotations and reserved stock are not guaranteed. Confirm the final offer and terms through Sibro before purchasing.
Enter or select the intended delivery address at checkout where supported, and check it before paying. Delivery availability and charges depend on the offer and destination. Shared organisation address books and approval controls depend on the business features enabled for your account.
Contact the seller responsible for the sale through the related order and explain which details need correction. The seller may need to issue a corrected invoice or another appropriate document. Updating your account details does not automatically change an invoice already issued.
Open the related order, check tracking and contact the seller with the order reference and a clear description. Keep relevant photographs and delivery records. Follow the seller’s applicable business terms and contact Sibro if you need help with an unresolved issue; a support request does not automatically approve a refund.
