THE AGREEMENT AT A GLANCE
Three relationships to understand
1
You and Sibro
These Conditions govern accounts, platform access, marketplace tools and acceptable use.
2
You and the seller
The named seller is normally responsible for the product, sale, invoice, delivery and legal product remedies.
3
Mandatory law
EU and national rules can grant rights beyond these Conditions and prevail where they cannot lawfully be changed.

The complete conditions
Headings help navigation but do not limit the meaning of a clause. References to “including” are illustrative rather than exhaustive.
1. About these conditions
These Conditions govern access to Sibro, account use and purchases made through the marketplace. Product-specific terms, subscription terms, policies displayed during a transaction and mandatory law may also apply. If a mandatory rule conflicts with these Conditions, that rule prevails.
2. Marketplace operator and contact
Sibro provides the marketplace interface, account, payment-related and support tools. The final version must identify Sibro’s legal entity, registered address, registration and VAT numbers, contact details and supervisory information required by Spanish and EU law.
3. Who may use Sibro
Users must have legal capacity to enter the relevant transaction. Minors may use Sibro only as permitted by applicable law and with required parent or guardian involvement. Business users confirm that they have authority to act for their organisation.
4. Accounts and security
Provide accurate current information, protect passwords and verification codes, and notify Sibro promptly of suspected unauthorised access. Each user is responsible for activity they authorise; liability for unauthorised payment or account activity remains subject to mandatory law.
5. Acceptable use
Do not misuse Sibro, scrape or interfere with the service, introduce malicious code, evade security, impersonate others, manipulate search or reviews, abuse promotions, make unlawful purchases or use Sibro to harm another person or their rights.
6. The seller of record
The product page, basket and order confirmation identify the independent seller for each item. Unless Sibro expressly states that it is the seller, the contract for the product is between the customer and that seller. Different items in one basket may create separate contracts with several sellers.
Check “Sold by” before ordering
Your basket may include products from more than one independent seller.
7. Product information and seller disclosures
Sellers are responsible for accurate descriptions, images, condition, price, availability, compatibility, warnings, manufacturer and EU responsible-person details, and other pre-contract information. Sibro may standardise presentation but does not adopt every seller statement as its own.
8. Prices, taxes and delivery charges
Before the customer submits an order, Sibro shows the total price available to the platform, including applicable consumer taxes and separately identified delivery or other charges. Obvious errors may be corrected consistently with mandatory law and with notice to the customer.
9. Placing an order
The checkout identifies the products, seller, delivery details, price and obligation to pay before submission. An acknowledgement confirms receipt of the order but is not necessarily acceptance. The seller’s acceptance or dispatch confirmation forms the sales contract unless the checkout states another lawful process.
10. Order refusal and cancellation
An order may be declined or cancelled for unavailable stock, failed payment, fraud or sanctions risk, delivery restrictions, a material listing error, safety concerns or illegality. Where payment has been taken for a cancelled order, the appropriate amount will be refunded.
11. Payment
Available payment methods are shown at checkout. Payment providers may perform authentication, fraud and compliance checks. Users must use an authorised payment method. Timing of authorisation, capture, release and refund depends on the method and applicable payment rules.
12. Delivery, title and risk
The order shows the seller, delivery method, charges and estimated arrival. Responsibility for loss or damage transfers as required by applicable law; for consumer sales this is generally when the customer or a nominated third party physically receives the goods, subject to legal exceptions.
13. Delays and failed delivery
Tracking and updated estimates may be provided where available. Customers should check the address and respond to lawful delivery requests. Mandatory remedies for late or failed delivery remain available, including additional-performance and termination rights where applicable.
14. Right of withdrawal
For most distance contracts, EU consumers may notify the seller of withdrawal within 14 days after delivery without giving a reason. Legal exceptions may cover personalised, rapidly perishable, unsealed hygiene, certain sealed media and fully performed digital content. The return process explains the applicable route.

Use Your orders for the transaction-specific instructions and seller details.
15. Returns after withdrawal
After notifying withdrawal, customers generally return goods within the legally applicable period and handle them only as necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning. Return cost, deductions and reimbursement timing depend on the seller’s disclosure and mandatory law.
16. Faulty products and legal guarantee
Products must conform to the contract. EU consumers generally benefit from a minimum two-year legal guarantee, with national rules potentially providing more protection. Remedies may include repair, replacement, price reduction or termination and refund under the applicable conditions.
17. Commercial guarantees
A manufacturer or seller guarantee is additional to, and does not replace, mandatory statutory rights. Its provider, scope, territory, duration, claim process and exclusions are stated in the guarantee document or product information.
18. Digital content, software and subscriptions
Digital supply, licences, automatic renewal, trial, cancellation, update and compatibility terms must be shown before purchase. Performance during a withdrawal period requires any legally necessary request and acknowledgement. Subscription changes and renewal notices remain subject to applicable law.
19. Promotions, coupons and price reductions
Promotions apply only during the stated period and subject to displayed eligibility, quantity, seller and product limits. Reference prices and discount claims must comply with applicable price-indication rules. Fraud, duplication or technical abuse may invalidate a promotion.
20. Reviews and user content
Submit only authentic, relevant and lawful content. Do not post fake reviews, confidential data, harassment, illegal material or content that infringes rights. Sibro may moderate content under its policies and must provide required information or complaint options for qualifying platform decisions.
21. Product safety, recalls and prohibited goods
Sellers must offer lawful, safe and traceable products. Sibro may request compliance evidence, restrict an offer, notify customers and cooperate with authorities. Customers must follow recall or urgent safety instructions and should report suspected unsafe, counterfeit or prohibited products.
22. Intellectual property
Sibro’s trademarks, interface and original content are protected. Users receive only the limited permission needed to use the service lawfully. Rights owners may report allegedly infringing listings; parties must provide accurate notices and responses and must not abuse the reporting process.
23. Privacy, cookies and communications
Personal data is processed as explained in the Sibro Privacy Notice. Cookie choices are described in the Cookies Notice. Service messages necessary for accounts, orders, security, safety or legal compliance may be sent; optional marketing follows applicable consent and objection rules.
24. Platform availability and changes
Sibro may maintain, secure, update or change the service. We do not promise uninterrupted availability, but legal duties for supplied digital services and existing contracts remain unaffected. Material changes to terms or paid services will be communicated as required by law.
25. Enforcement, reasons and complaints
Sibro may investigate misuse and proportionately warn, restrict content or functionality, suspend accounts or preserve evidence. Where required, affected users receive reasons and access to internal complaint or qualifying out-of-court options. Serious illegality may be reported to competent authorities.
26. Liability, governing law and final provisions
Nothing excludes liability or remedies that cannot legally be limited, including mandatory consumer protection. Any permitted limitation must be fair and proportionate. Governing law, jurisdiction, severability, assignment, notices, language priority and the complete agreement must be finalised without depriving consumers of mandatory protections in their country.
Pre-launch legal review required
These conditions are a structured marketplace draft, not legal advice. Before accepting real transactions, Sibro must add its final company and regulatory details, define operational procedures and providers, align every linked policy, and obtain review by qualified Spanish/EU consumer, platform, tax and ecommerce counsel.
