Record the exact model, ingredients or materials, intended use and destination markets.

Confirm EU-wide rules and national restrictions for each country where the offer is visible.
3
Verify the supply chain
Keep invoices, supplier identity, authenticity, manufacturer and EU responsible-person details.
4
Collect compliance evidence
Keep declarations, test reports, licences, registrations, warnings and traceability records.
5
Build an accurate listing
Show mandatory safety, age, ingredient, environmental and disposal information before purchase.
HOW SIBRO RESPONDS
Review and enforcement
Sibro may use reports, automated signals, seller evidence, authority notices and test purchases to assess a listing.
- Pause, suppress or remove listings and related inventory
- Request invoices, licences, conformity and traceability evidence
- Cancel orders or block shipment where necessary
- Notify customers, payment partners or competent authorities where required
- Restrict selling privileges or suspend an account for serious or repeated breaches
Do not list while uncertain
If you cannot demonstrate that a product is lawful, safe and compliant in its destination, keep it off Sibro until the issue is resolved.
A comprehensive guide, not a single legal register
Europe does not have one static list covering every product that may be sold online. EU product rules operate alongside national criminal, health, age, licensing, environmental, sanctions and import laws. Sibro may also prohibit a product even when its sale is lawful elsewhere.
Product status can change after a recall, authority decision or legal update. Sellers must check current official sources and obtain specialist advice where needed.
General marketplace guidance only—not legal advice or approval to sell. Final company details, escalation procedures and country-specific controls require qualified Spanish/EU legal review before commercial launch.
Unsure about a product?
Send the product name, category, supplier, destination countries and available compliance documents before listing.
