PRICES & ESTIMATES
How shipping rates are calculated
There is no single Sibro-wide rate. The amount depends on the order and is always displayed before you confirm payment.
01
Product and parcel
Size, weight, handling requirements and quantity can affect the available service.
02
Seller and destination
The dispatch country, delivery postcode and remote-area coverage may change the rate.
03
Delivery speed
Standard, expedited or other options appear only when the seller and carrier support them.
04
Order eligibility
Free-delivery offers and promotions apply only when their displayed conditions are met.
The checkout total is the final reference
If an order contains products from several sellers, parcels and delivery charges can be separate. Review every shipment before placing the order.
FROM ORDER TO DOOR

DELIVERY ESTIMATES
Understanding the arrival date
The expected arrival combines the seller’s dispatch time and the carrier’s transit time. It is an estimate, not a guaranteed appointment unless the checkout explicitly says otherwise.
- Business days may exclude weekends and public holidays.
- Remote destinations and restricted products can take longer.
- Severe weather, transport disruption and customs checks may cause delay.
- The latest available update is shown in Your orders.

WHEN SOMETHING GOES WRONG

Start in Your orders so the request stays linked to the correct product and seller.
Late parcel
Check tracking and the latest expected date. If it has passed, message the seller.
Missed delivery
Follow the carrier notice to rearrange delivery or locate the collection point.
Lost or marked delivered
Check nearby safe places, then ask the seller to review the delivery evidence.
Damaged or wrong item
Keep the packaging, take clear photos and start a return or support request promptly.
Your delivery rights
The seller remains responsible for delivery until you, or a person you nominate, receives the goods, subject to applicable law. Where no delivery time was agreed, EU consumer rules generally require delivery without undue delay and no later than 30 days. If delivery is late, the customer may need to give an additional appropriate period before ending the contract, unless an exception applies.
This summary is general information and does not replace the terms shown for your order or statutory rights.
COMMON QUESTIONS
Shipping and delivery FAQ
A product or order qualifies only when the listing or checkout explicitly shows FREE delivery. Eligibility can depend on the seller, destination, order value and active promotion.
Products sold by different marketplace sellers may be packed and dispatched separately. Each seller’s delivery charge is shown before you place the order.
Open Your orders immediately and contact the seller. An address change may be possible before dispatch, but it is not confirmed until the seller confirms it. Otherwise, you may need to cancel and order again.
Check safe places, household members and any carrier notice. Then contact the seller from the order details so the delivery evidence can be reviewed.
Open Your orders and select the relevant purchase. If the seller has supplied shipment tracking, look for the carrier name, tracking number or tracking link. Contact the seller if this information is missing.
There may be a delay between the seller preparing a shipment and the carrier recording its first scan. Some services provide limited tracking. If the expected delivery date has passed or the status seems incorrect, contact the seller.
Not necessarily. Items from different sellers, warehouses or shipments may arrive separately. Check the shipment details for each item and keep the order number ready when asking about a missing parcel.
The arrival date is normally an estimate based on dispatch and transit time. Weekends, public holidays, weather, transport disruption and customs checks may affect it. Review any specific delivery commitment shown at checkout.
Only when the seller and carrier offer that service for your destination. Check the available checkout options, charges and delivery estimates. A preferred time mentioned in a message is not a confirmed booking.
Keep the packaging and take clear photos of the parcel and item. Open the order details and contact the seller or use the available return or support option. Describe the damage and follow the instructions you receive.
For cross-border shipments, review the listing and checkout information about taxes, duties and import charges. Do not assume a delivery fee includes every import cost. Ask the seller or Sibro before ordering if the information is unclear.
Sellers should maintain accurate dispatch times, shipping destinations, service options and charges, then provide available tracking after dispatch. If a delay or delivery issue occurs, update the buyer promptly and respond through the order’s available communication options.
