COMPLETE LEGAL FRAMEWORK
Website and marketplace provisions
Headings support navigation. Mandatory law prevails where a provision cannot legally be changed.
1. Purpose and scope
This Legal Notice identifies the operator of Sibro.es and sets the rules for access to the website and marketplace service. It should be read with the Conditions of Use and Sale, Privacy Notice, Cookies Notice and the policies that apply to particular transactions.
2. Marketplace operator
Sibro operates the marketplace technology, account tools, checkout experience and support channels. Before launch, this clause must state the operator’s complete registered name, legal form, NIF/CIF, registered office, trading address, direct email and telephone number.
3. Registration and professional information
Where applicable, Sibro must state the public register in which the operator is entered, registration number, volume, page, entry and other registry particulars. Any activity subject to prior administrative authorisation or a regulated profession requires the competent authority, authorisation and professional details required by law.
4. Domain and technical service
The service is provided through Sibro.es. Final disclosures should identify the domain holder and a reliable channel for legal, security, accessibility and regulatory communications. Hosting or infrastructure providers should be named where disclosure is legally required, while security-sensitive technical details should not be published.
5. Independent marketplace sellers
Products are normally offered and sold by the independent seller identified on the listing and at checkout. The seller is responsible for its identity, product information, price, invoicing, delivery, conformity, guarantees and other legal obligations unless Sibro expressly states that it is the seller. Sibro verifies and displays trader information as required for online marketplaces.
6. Electronic contracting
Before an order is placed, customers should receive the seller’s identity, product characteristics, total price, taxes, delivery charges, accepted payment methods, delivery estimate, withdrawal information and applicable terms. The checkout must explain the technical steps, allow correction of input errors, indicate whether the contract is stored and confirm the order electronically.
7. Prices and commercial communications
Prices and charges must be clear and include applicable taxes where required. Promotions, rankings, sponsored placements and personalised offers must be identifiable and must not mislead customers. Marketing communications should identify their commercial nature and sender and respect consent, objection and unsubscribe requirements.
8. Acceptable use
Users may not misuse accounts, interfere with the service, bypass security, scrape or automate access without permission, upload unlawful content, impersonate others, infringe rights, manipulate reviews or rankings, conduct fraud, or use Sibro to offer prohibited, unsafe, counterfeit or recalled products.
9. Intellectual and industrial property
Sibro’s names, marks, interface, software, databases, text and original content are protected by applicable rights. Access does not transfer ownership. Seller or user content remains subject to its owner’s rights, while permissions needed to host, display, moderate and promote lawful marketplace content are governed by the applicable terms.
10. Third-party content and links
Listings, seller storefronts and user contributions may be supplied by third parties. Sibro may moderate or remove unlawful or policy-violating content and cooperate with competent authorities. External links do not imply endorsement; users should review the destination’s terms, privacy information and security.
11. Platform responsibility and availability
Sibro applies the responsibilities and liability framework that law assigns to intermediary services and online marketplaces. Nothing in this notice excludes liability that cannot legally be limited or removes mandatory consumer remedies. The service may be maintained, secured or updated, but existing legal rights remain unaffected.
12. Illegal content, safety and notices
Users, authorities and trusted entities should be able to report suspected illegal content, unsafe products, intellectual-property violations or fraud through an accessible notice channel. Reports should identify the content, location, reason and supporting evidence. Sibro may investigate, preserve records, give reasons for restrictions and provide complaint routes where required.
13. Privacy and cookies
Personal data and device information are handled under the Privacy Notice and Cookies Notice. Users can contact Sibro about data-protection rights and, where applicable, complain to the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos or another competent supervisory authority.
14. Complaints and dispute resolution
Customers should first use the order record to contact the seller, then ask Sibro for support when the issue remains unresolved. Mandatory judicial, consumer-authority and qualifying alternative-dispute-resolution rights remain available. Seller complaints about platform decisions follow the applicable internal process and law.
15. Applicable law and jurisdiction
Spanish law may govern the operator’s website service, subject to mandatory EU and national rules and conflict-of-law protections. Consumers do not lose mandatory protections of their country of residence or access to courts available under applicable law. Final jurisdiction language must be reviewed for the operator’s establishment and target markets.
16. Updates and contact
Sibro may update this notice to reflect legal, operational or service changes. The current version and update date should remain accessible. Legal notices can be sent through Contact Sibro; formal service addresses and any designated DSA single points of contact must be completed before launch.

Pre-launch legal review required
This is a structured disclosure framework, not legal advice. Sibro must complete the operator identity, regulatory contacts and operational procedures, align linked policies and obtain review by qualified Spanish/EU ecommerce, consumer and platform counsel before accepting real transactions.
